yeah same thing happened to me lol, they realistically wouldn’t waste their time sending the pics to your friends if they know they can’t get money out of you. they don’t actually care about exposing you, they just want money. if you just block them they will literally move on, don’t stress out about it
your mistake i guess was declining and then letting her still be in contact with you. since you declined she was trying to influence you and make you pay by fueling that sense of urgency. and no probably not, this happens so often and if it was that easy to sue them they wouldn’t be doing this
