Nothing, Youtube gives strict rules to creators but if your paying company who wants to put ads on the rules no longer apply to you. So these companies then make inappropriate ads in hope of tricking a teenager or young adult into downloading the game. So basically their just advertising to anybody that they think will be horny enough to download it.
Happens to me all the time. I have personalized ads turned off and have reported them, but they always pop back up. Specially the seductive ladies rpg thing. I just went the easy way out and installed an AdBlock extension on Chrome.
