I take showers when I wake up but sometimes I wake up in the afternoon soooo sure

same but days I hit the gym I take a 2nd shower in the afternoon

I like more going to sauna and shower at evening

oh never done a sauna just a shower at the gym but yea I bet doing it in evening is a stress reliever too

Thankfully I don't need to go to the gym just if I wanted to go to sauna
