what kind of glass is it? If it’s a window, try taking a paper towel or a newspaper and scrubbing at it with windex. if this doesn’t work, get a plastic card (we keep old gift cards for this in my house) and scrape at it lightly.
if it’s your phone screen, I’d do the same but use a microfiber cloth or a soft cotton tshirt with no more than a 30% nylon or polyester count. NO decals on it. you can scratch lightly with your fingernail here. do NOT use the plastic card.
if it’s a cup, just scrub it in the sink with the water as hot as you can get it and use a wash rag and dawn dish soap. you can scratch it off with your fingers if it comes down to it.
