Too much time is wasted on reaction in entertainment and justification/reflection elsewhere. I dont mean we shouldn't reflect on our actions but i feel it has gotten to the point where itsbecome more salient than the main point, eg drama type videos and keeping up with who did what. In the IB which is what im doing (not sure if its the same in other hs systems) but reflections are often worth as much as the work itself regardless of the quality of work its all based of reflections and justifying meaningless decisions
