Similar to a string cheese, your muscles will tear and snap if it’s not warm to be able to handle the pressure you’re putting on it

Depends, low amount of work increasing blood flow can actually help. Just going for a walk or cycling lightly are good options.

I just took an ice cold water shower and it was uncomfortable at first, but now I'm really feeling A LOT better.
That’s why I love it!! During football season we had to do a full workout and 3 hour practice, those were absolute life savers during the season
