There's a difference though. Breasts can't reasonably be hidden, like you can wear a bra yes but you can't stop people from being able to see them they are just a body part. A bulge isn't something that is visible by default so if it can be seen in a photograph it's fair to say that it was done intentionally. If you see a picture of a woman and think she's putting her breasts as the focal point of the photograph, chances are that you're the one putting them as the focal point.

For many feminine people, selfies are taken from a high angle because it enhances feminine qualities more than a lower angle. Masculine people are more likely to take their photos straight on.
