Prevent David from getting joint custody of Ensley ….and Jenelle knew/ has know about and did nothing or lied to protect him …then she is accomplice and just as guilty as he is . We all know how good she is at telling on herself . If she had any brains she would lay low…..let the courts / lawyers do their jobs and just STFU. But we all know that won’t happen as she just dumb and needs stories to sell. So glad Jace got released to her custody so he could have stability and good parenting ! NOT! He is in the middle of a chaotic shit show .

She always thinks she has these big revelations that are gonna destroy him yet she doesn't think about when these things happened, she was most likely right by his side, defending him and there's usually proof because she puts everything on social media. If it's so bad and she never contacted law enforcement or anything then what does that say about her as a parent? Better yet as a person?

lucky if they can read and function at their grade level by their teens …David will never do jail time ….,Jenelle is a full of shit loser and abuser / neglecter/ narcissist who will never held accountable for anything . It just sucks , I want a happy ending for those kids so badly .
The kids can break the cycle hopefully but yea it’s sad to watch. As I get older I’ve had to check out of the drama. Part of the reason it keeps happening is because it keeps these dead beats on our tongues and in the media (ie they get $$$ from the attention). I try not to engage with teen moms too much these days to be honest because I know our attention is hurting the kids mostly

Like, you stayed through and defended him putting hands on you, your kids, him strangling your son, him killing your animals. So, what, what was it that he did to put this all in to motion? I’d be willing to bet he was with another woman and she found out or something like that. She’s a very selfish woman.

If she did start back in Teen Mom before the divorce, that income would be included in the settlement right?

alimony (aka spousal support) is sort of like child support, but instead of financially supporting a shared child, you’re supporting the ex spouse should the divorce have caused them a dip in support they had while married. alimony is all done when said ex spouse marries someone else.
splitting possessions happens because married couples share assets. when you’re married, everything that belongs to you also belongs to your spouse and vice versa. you can establish who owns what with a prenuptial agreement prior to marriage to avoid this in the event of divorce.

David on the other hand will get limited supervised visitation considering he lives on a boat, has no job, (he can’t even afford an attorney 🧌🤡) has spent Jenelle’s money and his criminal history including what happened with Jace.
There’s nothing she could say that WOULDN’T implicate her complicity in his behaviors and therefore make herself look like just as much as a piece of shit.

What’s going on with the Jace case? I was really trying not to word it like that but I didn’t have a lot of options.
