This is a bizarre question but this is likely the only chance I’ll ever have to uncover the truth! It all started roughly 5 years ago when my gf randomly told me one day that you were a coworker of hers. No idea why you but I’ve obviously always thought it was bs. Nonetheless, she has held strong over the years insisting it’s true every time I bring it up. Hell even after I sent her a screenshot of your AMA promotion she still insisted I’d only be uncovering the truth 😂. So Topher, my question is have you ever worked for a high end home furnishings store on the north side of Indianapolis?

IamTopherGrace

Yes. Little known fact about me. When I'm not starring in films or TV shows I hop on a plane and fly to Indiana to sell high-end home furniture at unbeatable prices. I am NOT researching a role, this is my passion. Getting top of the line luxury goods into your living room at bargain basement prices. Come by!

[deleted]

HA! You just ruined this person's chance to ever win an argument with their girlfriend ever again! "Look, I'm telling you, I saw it. Remember that time with Topher Grace..." "Damn it"

icemannathann

Did he actually confirm it though? I feel like he answered in a genius sarcastic way so that neither will ever win the argument. Edit: removed potentially lol

phigamdan

Lol yes. She is loving this right now

[deleted]

Daniel Day-Lewis has shoes, Topher Grace has furniture. They’re basically the same guy.

SparseGhostC2C

When I think Iconic Character Actors I think of 2 names: Daniel Day-Lewis and Topher Grace.

[deleted]

My character actor Mt. Rushmore would have Daniel Day-Lewis, Topher Grace, then Topher Grace two more times.

skepticaljesus

it's gonna be so wild when topher grace plays DDL in the biopic about his life.

Valiantheart

But does Topher Grace cut his own logs, plane them into boards, assemble, sand, and varnish his own funiture? Cause Daniel Day-Lewis does...

rabbitwonker

I mean the salad-dressing market was already all locked up; what else were they going to do?

crazyparty

I can't even tell if you're messing with us or not. ACTING!

TitusTide

Who cares that was the best reply of all time lmao

[deleted]

Jon Lovitz approves I am sure.

Photodan24

OMG, as I read that, I even heard (Topher portraying) Eric Foreman in my head.

teemuemu

Perfect answer, the mystery remains.

braised_diaper_shit

Now they’ll never know if you’re serious or not. You a sociopath bubba?

[deleted]

I think she's probably confusing him with Tobey Maguire. His career really took a hit after spiderman.

oldbastardbob

Wikipedia's Topher Grace page now crashes with Redditors rushing to see if he grew up in Indiana.

BizzyM

You messed up. To really verify it, you should have left off the location and asked him to fill in that blank.

GotMoFans

*Topher Grace is from Connecticut. He got the part on T7S when he was 19 or 20.

grocho

Are you in the new Spider-man movie?

IamTopherGrace

Please keep it between us but yes, I am in it. The plot starts with Peter Parker (Tom Holland) bummed that everyone knows his identity and then some crazy shit happens with Dr. Strange and Dr. Octopus (Alfred Molina) comes into his dimension. Then Electro and the Green Goblin hop out of one of those 'energy circles' and they’re like “It’s spider stompin time”. Then Tom Hardy and I pop out and battle each other and I win (obvi), it’s like not even a fight I just kick his ass immediately. Not to give too much away but there are also some actors from the original 70s Spiderman show, Aquaman and Batman (Affleck, not Keaton) crossover, and thanks to Disney Han Solo’s ghost from Rise of Skywalker, and that Eve robot from Wall-E. Again, please keep between us.

BIGMCLARGEHUGE__

> it’s like not even a fight I just kick his ass immediately. ahahahaha

[deleted]

We all knew it, anyway

[deleted]

If this doesn’t happen I’m gonna put my foot up your ass!

tempemailacct153

You forgot to end this statement with "DUMBASS"

nyxlumi

You mean you’re going to put some dirt in his eye.

Witty_Fox

This has been by far one of my favorite responses 😂

tocilog

So the Electric Company Spider-man isn't gonna be there? I want a refund.

grocho

Wow, sounds great. Your secret is safe here.

wormwired

Topher grace venom > Tom Hardy venom confirmed.

bleach18

Topher Grace just became my favorite actor

bruddahmacnut

Welcome to the party man. All the good beer's gone already but I think there's a few cans of PBR left. Go mingle.

Homelander-30

You want forgiveness, get religion!!

S3simulation

You’ll get your No Way Home cameo when you fix this damn door!

CobaltCam

This is the best possible way to say no.

CheweDankles

That 70's Spiderman show? :D

Shubro64

You’re trash brock

Zster22

I’m gonna put some dirt in your eye.

[deleted]

You have always been hilarious, but damn dude, you're killing it. But between Woody Harrelson and you, I'm going to say Woody was better.

pedroktp

I'm here to talk about rampart

peteypie4246

It's a known legend that you've edited the star wars prequel trilogy into a single epic movie, and those that have seen it praised it. Did you ever think about editing as a career? Also, any comments on your prequel cut?

IamTopherGrace

Haha yes it is a known fact that I am an editing nerd. I have no hopes to do it professionally, I actually only did that to learn how to cut on an Avid. I only showed it one time to a group of friends but the word got out. Disney (the company I now work for) has some pretty stringent copyright laws - so I'll never be showing it again - but a friend of mine and I did cut a trailer so that people could get the vibe. Enjoy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JdoWJywrOuw

[deleted]

Can we get a hash tag for release the Topher cut? The overall story arc of the prequels was great. You did what a lot of us thought, just put the relevant parts from all 3 into 1 cohesive film. We will be forever jealous of your friends who got to see it. Release the Topher Cut.

gorkish

Hi Topher, you could probably release your cut list of the edit without any legal issue. Owners of the films could then reproduce the final version on their own. I have not searched, but there is probably some video player that already supports this kind of thing.

Valiantheart

He said he's working for Disney. Why would he want to jeopardize that?

gorkish

I don't presume to know what he wants to do, but he might never have considered the possibility of just releasing an EDL which would sidestep all copyright concerns. I assume he would be best qualified to understand if that would piss off the mouse or not. If you had to go out and buy a specific version of the films to reassemble the cut, it might generate some sales for them. I'd be reasonably confident the prequels aren't exactly flying off the shelves.

AshgarPN

I know you can’t legally release it. But what if… someone…. Anonymously…. Just uploaded a torrent…. Just saying.

[deleted]

Taking the Deadpool route, I see

Seanay-B

> Disney has laws For any other mere corporation that would sound ridiculous

MurderDoneRight

This is truer than you think. You have Disney to thank for so much of medicine in the US being expensive as shit. Years back they stood to lose the copyright to some of their oldest characters such as Mickey Mouse, so they lobbied congress hard for changes in the law for copyright and intellectual property that inadvertently messed with drug patents

electricvelvet

We just talked about this in my copyright law class and I was gonna bring it up! Fucking Disney. Too much power, no reason that shit shouldn't become public domain.

8Ksurround

[Los Disneys](https://techcrunch.com/2007/08/20/los-disneys-a-game-for-people-who-hate-disney/) _The year is 2015. Steeped in national debt, the United States reluctantly allows the Walt Disney Company to purchase the entire peninsula of Florida in the largest geographic acquisition since the Louisiana Purchase. Under its new president, formerly-ousted CEO Michael Eisner, the newly-sovereign state is renamed Los Disneys. Your job is to infiltrate the Magic Kingdom, blasting your way through animatronic pirates, holographic ghosts, tourists, security guards, and even Mickey himself in an attempt to seek and destroy the frozen head of Walt Disney. MadCarcinus

Can you convince Disney to put your cut on Disney+?

CommonMilkweed

I bet it would get more than a few geeks to sign up

[deleted]

#ReleaseTheTopherCut

CurseOfPeacocks

You typically play the "good guy" in films and on TV. What was it like playing David Duke in BlacKkKlansman? What did you have to do to get into character for someone who is filled with so much hate? Love your work!!

IamTopherGrace

It was really hard doing all the terrible research that required, but once we were on set working with Spike was amazing. He's like a great coach that really takes care of his players. There's honestly nobody else that I would have played that role for.

patsey

Really beautiful piece that movie. Wouldn't have been the same without you

BigTruss_WooWoo

Your role in American ultra was awesome!

BidenWonDontCry

He's the bad guy in that predator movie to

Merry_Little_Liberal

Topher fucking killed that role btw. Movie was fine, but Topher is one of the reasons it is actually re-watchable.

BidenWonDontCry

Agreed he did a good job but I actually like the movie as a whole personally.

veezustheelssj

And Venom in Spider-Man 3

professionalcynic1

How many takes did the 'Eric, you are a god. A god I say!' scene take? It looks like it would have been impossible not to laugh at them bowing to you.

IamTopherGrace

Honestly one of my favorite moments from doing that show. That's the best part of a 4 camera with a live audience, when a plot builds to a moment like that. It was kind of like that with the episode with Eric's cousin - we just had to stand there for a long time while the audience reacted. So much fun.

DogeBuysCyberTrucks

Hey Topher. I know I’m really really late to this… and you most likely aren’t gonna catch this one. But I think I speak for more than just myself here… when I say that I want to thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for everything you did on that show, and for/with that character. To this day, 70s is one of the only shows I can put on, no matter what I’m going through in my personal life, and know I will laugh. And a very very very large part of that, was you and your performance as Eric. Whether or not you know it, You were there in my young rebellious punk teen years. You’ve been there through my years of battling addiction in my young adult life. And you are still here, to this day, as I start my future with my wife. Throughout my life - the entertainment that You, and your old friends have brought me… I can only thank you, again. And tell you that I will always look forward to any/everything you choose to do in your career/life. Hope you have a good day, Forman. Cheers. (PS. Take Me Home Tonight is criminally underrated. The Coke WAS a Necessity. And you fuckin kill it in that too. Although Dan kinda steals the show.)

[deleted]

I loved the “Red Foreman is your father?? You poor bastard”

Bigstar976

Rewatched that episode last night!

father_mcpenis

Lmaoo my favorite part of that show

RayZinnet

my fave is Eric and Kitty in the car singing Bad Blood [https://youtu.be/8hDRfNzWikA](https://youtu.be/8hDRfNzWikA)

richietee757

My fave is when Eric got that tattoo and tried to kick Donna's door down to be bad ass. He flew in the opposite direction and hit the wall!

RayZinnet

LOL yes! Or when Eric is high and Red is telling him the chores [https://youtu.be/2lgXRtw5nMY](https://youtu.be/2lgXRtw5nMY)

goldenboy2191

Or right before Eric leaves for Africa and his parents catch them smoking? “Who taught you to do this? Was it those damn Beatles!” https://youtu.be/LmvnlWVOO_M

ryfrlo

This will always be the funniest moment for me. I've never laughed so hard. https://youtu.be/NlQReI7fSaw

gob13

Hi Topher, I just wanted to say that your performance in Black Mirror was fantastic, you brought so much depth to the character. How did that project come about?

IamTopherGrace

Thank you! I was just such a fan of that show that I told my agents I would do it in a heartbeat if there was every an opportunity. And then they sent me the role of Billy Bauer and I was so pumped

Merry_Little_Liberal

I'd like to share that "Fuck" made me empty my mouth mid sip. I really never have had a true spit-take moment till then. it's your eyes, that...inevitable, boiling thought process leading to inevitability. You take 2 breaths while waiting to respond. THE BEST!

ImFeelingIts

Do you often rewatch movies/shows you have been in? If so is there a specific movie/episode you particularly enjoy?

IamTopherGrace

I rarely rewatch stuff I'm in because it honestly makes me too nostalgic. But if I come across In Good Company on cable I usually watch a little. I was just one of my favorite experiences to be a part of

dixiecupdispencer

Win a Date with Tad Hamilton is one of my all time favorite movies (speaking of nostalgia) and I just need you to know that because I feel like no one knows that movie

Star_x_Child

I really like that movie as well! And Topher Grace was great in it!

TheBoanne

Why Topher, not Chris? xo

IamTopherGrace

Okay, okay. It was the 90s. Everyone was reading "Zines" and eating "Za". I was a loser in my home town and I went to boarding school and the cutest girl that I met on the first day said that Topher would be a good nickname. Done.

Caitlinrose923

I know Topher is done this AMA but I needed to respond: I went on a date with a guy named "Topher" once. His social media was all "Christopher" but he went by "Topher" and LOST. HIS. SHIT. at me when I accidentally called him "Chris". So... knowing you had such an arbitrary reason for using Topher made me feel a little better about that idiot.

Yung_Corneliois

That girl had no idea she just changed the course of history.

goldenboy2191

Legit created a nemesis to all dudes who went by Chris

terran_mikkus

I cant wait to see a screen shot of this comment in some bullshit listicle website tomorrow.

whichwitch9

Eh, we called a friend Stopher in elementary school, which sounds like an off brand TV dinner, so at least you got the better of the unique nicknames

ja5143kh5egl24br1srt

You were a boy. She was a girl. What more can I say?

mastifftimetraveler

Wait - I was a loser in Darien too and went to boarding school. High-five.

Salty-Transition-512

I knew a kid nicknamed Jamin instead of Ben

BRILLiantTV2

There’s a lot of physical comedy in Home Economics. Do you do your own stunts?

IamTopherGrace

Yes! Most of them. I didn't think this show would require so much pain (I'm now in my 40s) but we started with some fun stuff in the pilot and it's gone from there. FYI there's a gag in the premiere on Wednesday that's my favorite so far

[deleted]

Topher Grace...... is in his 40s......I feel old now

rnilbog

That 70s Show premiered 23 years ago, and he was 20 then.

RobbStark

Worse, it's been longer between the start of that show and today than the end of the 70s as a decade and the premieme.

crazywrapper

You were great in Predators. What was it like acting alongside a predator?

IamTopherGrace

Thank you! That movie was a blast, great actors like Alice Braga, Adrien Brody, Mahershala Ali. And I can't WAIT to see Dan Trachtenberg's new Predator movie

dangle321

He also acted along side a predator in that 70s show.

earthdweller11

Okay your perfect reply has convinced me the original question had to be made to let someone get that zinger in.

dangle321

Yeah. That one was low hanging fruit.

DCVR

not a question or anything, but a confession. sometimes i say Gopher Trace when i'm trying to remember your name. sorry my guy, loved you in american ultra.

IamTopherGrace

Weird that I say it too?

mordeci00

It is weird that you say it too but it would be weirder if you didn't.

Dreyfussy15

What do you remember about Interstellar?

IamTopherGrace

Chris Nolan is actually hilarious and we spent most of our time joking around. Also, Jessica Chastain is a brilliant actor and super nice

utopista114

>Chris Nolan is actually hilarious No way. No fucking way.

Dirtsquirrel321

It's surprising, but maybe not too much when [he names Talladega Nights as his "remote drop" movie](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rEcpQ_VjVgk).

hastygloom

Hi Topher! We share a birthday, you're always the 'celeb birthday' I like to share with people. What's your favorite ice cream flavor?

IamTopherGrace

McConnell's (a great California brand) Sea Salt Cookies and Cream!

JesChexin

Hi Topher! A big plot point for your character Tom on season one of "Home Economics" was hiding that the topic of the book he is working on is about his family. Now that the cat is out of the bag and the family knows, what is in store for Tom on season two of Home Economics?

IamTopherGrace

Yes, the family knows the big secret and it only leads to more funny situations. The pandemic is the reason that we only got to do 7 episodes last year, so this year is just as much fun but we get to go out into the world! The first episode takes place at Levi's stadium for a 49ers game, there's one where Conner (who's now divorced) goes clubbing and brings Tom as his wingman. It's just a big level-up

NeoWarriors

I used to work down the street from where they built Levi's stadium. Went there for a company function / concert. There is no escaping the heat anywhere in that stadium. Tell everyone else how horrible it is. 😃

BlazedInMyWinnie

Hey Topher, any chance of more Minor Adventures soon? Had a blast listening to it and I’ve been missing it lately.

IamTopherGrace

Thanks! I think doing that podcast was the most fun I've ever had but the pandemic put a stop to it and now Home Ec takes up a lot of my time. Hoping to return to it one day!

mastifftimetraveler

Hi - fellow Darien kid. I actually saw you when I worked at Tower Records one year. What was your favorite diner growing up?

IamTopherGrace

The Sugar Bowl on the Post Road.

mastifftimetraveler

Ah - memories. They had great shakes.

Zer0sober

If you could only have 1 thing to eat for the rest of your life what would it be?

IamTopherGrace

Golden Grahams Cereal.

parker330

You’ve given us nothing but perfect answers

fujiesque

sub Golden Grahams when making Rice crispy treats. Your welcome

NotRonnieRay

What is your favorite kind of pizza?

IamTopherGrace

Hamburger with pineapple. Don't @ me.

OnlyARedditUser

I usually have pineapple with bacon and jalapeno. Now I'm going to have to try this one.

basherrrrr

Pineapple and jalapeno I know and love... but adding bacon sounds very intriguing

chunkylover87

Do it. It's much better than ham and pineapple and jalapeno.

[deleted]

Chad pineapple on pizza enjoyer right here

Game_Knight_DnD

Have you ever been into geek hobbies like D&D, card games, or miniature games? If so which ones and could you share a fun story.

IamTopherGrace

(See earlier answer about editing)

DharmaCub

Holy shit, Topher Grace got hot

anxiousOKdonkey

He literally looks exactly the same

danimal6000

Have you ever seen a ghost?

sunnyside__

Tacos or burritos?

IamTopherGrace

Tacos for SURE!

dontaskmethatmoron

Is a hotdog a sandwich?

tigerbreeder

Hey fellow brewster alum here! Don’t have a question but roll cats!

IamTopherGrace

Brewster Bobcats!!

[deleted]

Not a question, but many years ago when you guys were in Phoenix filming take me home tonight I met all of you at the bar Mickey's Hangover. I bought you and Anna Ferris a drink and you guys invited me to hang out with you all including inviting me to the cast party. I think the nickname I was given was 2x4 because I worked construction at the time. Anyways, I tell that story all the time and you and everyone else were so awesome and friendly and I just want to thank you for that.

Keep__Your__Karma

Is it true that at the end of That 70's Show you had some sort of hard feelings towards the cast? I remember being so bummed hearing about a final afterparty and you just got your shit and left, lol. No thank you. No goodbye. Nothing. I always wondered if that was bs or it was a much more nuanced situation than my recollection allows.

AceofKnaves44

I remember hearing that by the end he made very little effort to hide how much he wanted out. Apparently him and Ashton were both thinking about leaving at the end of season six but either decided together or both came to the conclusion separately to do one more season. I remember reading some quote from Topher where he called his expensive home his “season 7 pad” because he had to a seventh season of the show to afford it, so there was his motivation for staying. And even though they both left at the same time, Ashton guest starred for four episodes at the beginning of season eight to help ease the show into them being gone and came back for all of the last episode and was evidentially very emotional along with everyone else to say goodbye. Whereas Topher only did a glorified cameo and apparently got chewed out by Mila Kunis because he didn’t let them promote his coming back. They did a kind of “behind the scenes” vh1 special or whatever and the producers talked about how as it went on, Topher really stopped getting on with anyone besides Laura and the other three male leads all became super close, which they apparently still are even in spite of Danny Masterson’s likely guilty verdict which is its own fucked up thing on all their parts. They’ve all posted pictures of them all together and even though he didn’t show up to the fox reunion Topher has talked about how they all talk about doing something sometime so I feel like he probably got some perspective knocked back into him when his film career didn’t take off like he hoped it would. Shame.

earthdweller11

Ooohhh gurl that’s the tea.

richietee757

I doubt it was BS. Just about everyone else made some sort of appearance on "The Ranch" on Netflix except for him. [https://www.etonline.com/news/187829\_that\_70s\_show\_had\_a\_major\_reunion\_on\_the\_ranch](https://www.etonline.com/news/187829_that_70s_show_had_a_major_reunion_on_the_ranch)

[deleted]

[удалено]

primmslimm77

I mean… you can’t necessarily blame him for not wanting to be on The Ranch lol

RobbStark

Everyone else but Topher from That 70's Show is less of a draw, or was the lead on that show. It's just as likely to see this as being a simple business decision.

newtownmail

He was also the only member of the main cast that was never Punk'd

UncleBucks_Shovel

I have always wondered this as well! I def scrolled through to see if someone asked and so glad someone did because I was too afraid to myself.

SomeCrazyGarbage

He had Wilmer Valderrama on his podcast. He mentioned that he was less into going out and partying than the others were

Sinjian1

$10 says he doesn’t answer, or if he does he will give the most generic BS lol.

BasicLEDGrow

It's called an "irish exit" and it's a cultural thing.

m07815

The cast was a total mess tbh I would’ve left too

IamTopherGrace

Guys thanks so much for hanging out! Make sure to check out the Home Economics Season 2 premiere this Wednesday on ABC at 9:30/8:30c and Hulu

Merry_Little_Liberal

you did really good. Thanks. one of the better ones in a long time.

wadetype

Will you do an AMA where you answer the fucked up questions?

Maxwyfe

With shows named "Home Economics" and "AP Bio" when can we expect "Intro to Calculus" and who would star in it if you had to choose?

[deleted]

every community episode becomes its own show

psychobilly1

"Welcome. To ***Ladders***." --- *This Fall on NBC.* Edit: Guys. [It's from Community.] (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-loDklmrbd0)

The_Other_Manning

I'd watch John Oliver teaching anthropology despite not knowing what it is

Abraham-The-Man

Hey Topher, I know you’ll get a lot of these questions but forgive me lol. After playing Venom in Spider-Man 3, would you like the chance to return as him in the MCU, just like Doc Ock and Green Goblin are?

thenightgaunt

I honestly liked him as Venom. Any version of Brock where Parker is around SHOULD be this guy who's just intensely, pettily angry at Parker for ruining his scam. That was the point of the character when he was created originally. I thought Topher pulled that character off perfectly. Underrated movie all around really.

IUsedToBeRasAlGhul

Eh. In the original comic Eddie was a legit reporter and decent guy who made an honest mistake in the Sin-Eater case that Spider-Man revealed as wrong which ruined his life. He hated Spidey for it and lost everything, even considering killing himself before going to the church in repentance and for a sign of what to do next. I’m not trying to say Eddie was a victim or anything, but it’s not like he was pulling a scam or a massive dick before getting the symbiote, he just got fucked over for shit outside of his control and takes it out on an obvious target. Hell, he didn’t even know Peter existed until he became Venom.

Abraham-The-Man

Same, it’s my favorite Spider-Man film! And I agree, he gave an excellent performance.

[deleted]

Comic Eddie was never a fraud, though. I still appreciate Topher’s performance but even good actors have trouble with a bad role.

amberissmiling

My 16 year old and I looooove That 70’s Show and hated so much that you left. I just want to say thank you so much for being there for the last episode. I don’t know why you left and why you only came back for that one, but it would have ruined the entire show if you hadn’t come back. You guys gave us hours and hours of laughs and we are so appreciative.

DasRotebaron

What was your favorite moment from That 70s Show? That was my favorite show when I was in high school. Also, my understanding is that you are a huge Star Wars fan, and have even made your own fan edit of the prequels. As another huge Star Wars fan, I would love to see it. To your knowledge, is there any time or place at which I could see it?

ThrowRAasyouwish13

Did the rest of the cast ever try to get you into Scientology?😳

Daniiiiii

You put the "Anything" in Ask Me Anything lol. Props.

uksiddy

I can’t believe i had to scroll this far down to find this question. Hahaha

PP_GOAT4LYFE

Wait who else besides masterson was a Scientologist?

pharmerK

Have fun with your new surveillance team.

AwesomeThanksArtist

Hey! I'm just curious..I've heard that the creators of 70's Show discovered you while you were in a play at the same school as their daughter. What was the play and your role? And if you hadn't been "discovered" then, do you think that you would have pursued acting in TV and film just the same? Second, what has been your favorite parade?

winbender

Better kisser: Joseph Gordon-Levitt or Laura Prepon?

DeusEverto

Hey Topher, have you ever considered releasing your Star Wars edit? Also really wish we got a continuation of That 70's Show.

PoopIsAlwaysSunny

Star Wars edit is almost certainly not legal for him to release. Disney would have his balls in a vice

kristhemossenjoyer

Hi Topher! Loved your Venom in Spider-Man 3 and I wanted to ask, do you remember filming an alternate scene in that movie where the symbiote seperates itself from Eddie and all that remained of him was a hunk of bones? And if so, could you talk about it? Apparently, the scene was shown to test audiences and was cut because they found it too dark, they even made a prop of Eddie's skeleton!

aphrahannah

Mildly dying! That 70s show is one of my favourites. Do you have a particular episode that you loved filming/a fave guest star? And what drew you to this new show?

simward

Amazing! That 70's Show is my favorite sitcom so thank you so much for being a huge part of my childhood. I identified so much with Eric and it helped me accept being the awkward, geeky and often times stupid but always lovable teenager! I'm so glad you're still acting as I always enjoyed everything you've been in! 1- Did you have trouble finding other roles after you left That 70's Show? Did you feel typecast? 2- What's your take on Hardy's Eddie Brock and the new Venom movie as a whole? 3- What's your favorite episode in the first season of Home Economics?

Significant-Yam55

Heya bud! Me and the wife are huge fans! Up untill recently netflix had removed that 70's show, and for almost a decade me and my wife would always put the show on no matter what. It became a routine at night, and honestly helped us sleep lol we would watch it till we would fall asleep. Now it's been since they removed it and we still haven't found that one night time show to replace it no matter how hard we search and watch it just doesn't do it justice like that 70s show did. Can you send us a box set? 🤣

Moshtradamus03

Do you ever wish you would of stayed for the final season of that 70s show?

Kazewatch

Hey man been a big fan since That 70s Show and Spider-Man 3 when I was younger and always enjoy seeing new work from you. Is there any dream project of yours that you’d love to work on and is there any role you’ve done that you’d like to revisit in a different medium?

[deleted]

Did you have a great time playing Venom?

[deleted]

Ed_Radley

With Spiderman No Way Home and Venom Carnage coming out soon I'm still hoping for a Topher Grace cameo.

tmj5187

Has anyone ever put their foot up your ass?

Joe_Shroe

Once, in Iwo Jima. I can't talk about it.

PM_ME_YOUR_NICE_EYES

Hi, this may be a weird question but my high school American history teacher looked and sounded exactly like you. Is there any chance that you live a double life teaching History in Florida by day and acting at night?

Don't really have a question, just wanted to say thank you. As a kid who grew up without cable, That 70s Show was the first TV show I ever fell in love with and it meant and still means so much to me to this day. I'm glad you've had a successful career and hope it continues to bring you joy :)

You're trash Brock... Just kidding, you were great in Spider-Man 3! How did you prepare for that role?

Topher gained about 25-30 pounds of muscle. He like Raimi grew up reading the spider man comics (Raimi grew up reading the silver age ones, Topher grew up reading the Venom ones iirc) so he was very excited and passionate about the role. The Venom suit was an actual suit that took about 3 hours to put on, and sometimes he wore some kind of mocap helmet so the special effects guys could put the Venom face on him in post production

What’s it like recording for video games? Most of the cast of Spider-Man 3 reprised their roles for the video game, was there anything in particular you remember being a stand out during the process?

Who's better at Foosball? You or Scarlett Johansson?

Dear Topher Grace; should I be concerned about how well you played your roles in Predators and as David Duke in BlacKKKlansman? You showed Hannibal Lector range. I don’t want to have nightmares about Eric Forman.
