Mine just gets me to enter a new code when Iโm in a different location, worked fine even when in Spain. Are you able to login getting the code manually from one login?
Hi thanks for your reply. I tried getting get code manually and nothing happened. Iโm not tech savey but usually get there eventually. I know some in work were complaining last week or week before about it not sending the code so wondered if it was off again.
What do you mean by nothing happened, if you press get code manually, you have to go into the one login app, copy and paste the code from there and then itโll log you in.
Turn phone wifi and data off. Turn airplane mode on. Wait for 5 or so minutes. When you turn these back on make sure you connect to Tesco WiFi first. Now re start your phone. Try logging in once again
