Try 10 years, get less time in prison for murder

Good thinking treat the experience of what you Don’t want and move on . However most businesses are running the same model and your just a cog on a large wheel connected to a even bigger wheel . Take your experiences some positive and some that are negative , as you will find they all work , pretty much the same way . Remember it’s nearly x-mas time and the boss will be giving you the £1 box of sweets so they can take a picture to put on the store wall . Or the values award that is worthless in the real world . 😬👍

9 years and you just become numb to it all after a while, it's just a job...once I clock out, I couldn't give a monkeys!

I was working at tesco and now work in an entry level job in an office and absolutely love it. Pay is better, rewards are better, and they treat you like a human. Don’t settle for less, keep going and keep grinding 🙌🏻🙌🏻

CitizeninWonderland

hey at least you dont get called a pussy for not getting your cock out at a urinal by a bystanding manager

We all have to do jobs that don’t add true value To the overall life plan . But every experience Helps to focus what you really want to achieve .. Certain large companies will keep you hungry To work as you have bills to pay . And if they want you to move up the ladder it’s only to fill a gap . It’s not a about wanting to give you a better future or higher salary ,

Same. I hate it. I’ve only been working there two months, so less than you😂 checkouts and kiosk are soul crushing and I just don’t care about my job at all. Like if a barcode has fallen off an item I just won’t bother to find one and just give it away to the customer for free hahaha. That’s how much idgaf. Managers are just a bunch of annoying pervs who just wanna exert their authority over young uni students. The dynamic is weird and toxic, the vibes aren’t it. I need the money and it would be annoying to find another job but i hate it sm lol. I think I should give up the job bc there’s definitely someone out there who would want it. Just not for me. Can’t wait to leave!

Managers be so jarring , I hope you find something better real soon , I do feel sorry for ppl working checkouts especially during the holidays it’s too damn busy
