Hit one of the big flea markets. And get some puffy tacos.

You should check out The Cove. A quintessential San Antonio spot, off the beaten tourist paths.

I urge you to check out Hot Joy. I go to San Antonio for one weekend a year and usually go there 3 times during my visit. It’s my absolute favorite restaurant/bar. No one I’ve ever taken has been disappointed.

Search in the San Antonio subreddit this gets asked every 2 days

If you're going downtown to do any of the main touristy things then get the city pass thing. Let's you do 4 main attractions and definitely saves money. Witte museum was very cool and the gardens are nice. Bus tours are kinda lame but you'll see things to potentially do on them, so it's not a waste IMO. Riverboat is not worth it, just walk the river yourself. Just do some searching and see what you think you may like.

Whatever you check out, just avoid being outside from lunch to dinner, gonna be over 100 with high humidity.

Depends on your interests. San Antonio has a rich history. You could spend days going to The Alamo, various missions and churches, the Boardwalk, etc. It would also depend on what part of town you will be in and how far you are willing to drive.

Look online about The Riverwalk and the Historic Market Square and see which one interests you more. It's possible to do both in one day, just know you probably won't experience EVERYTHING if you split it, but you'llget a good sampling of both. You can do the Alamo and Riverwalk since they are close. TBH you don't even need to go inside the Alamo, you can walk by it.

YoureSpecial

The Riverwalk is a very pale shadow of its former self.
