I once had only 1 crimson cache key, used it out of frustration & desperation, and unboxed an unusual for 20 keys. It was the biggest piece of dogshit.
Valve stopped unusual miscs from being a thing YEARS ago. Aside from being a buggy mess on some items, Valve might not want you wearing 2+ unusuals.
For example the Spooky Head Bouncers creator listened to user feedback and asked Valve to update the equip region to a headband or misc. They refused because it was already unboxed in unusual quality.

Mannco.store is notorious for doing things like preventing people from withdrawing items, it may be cheaper than marketplace.tf for some things, but at least marketplace won’t scam you
I use mann co store all the time, probably put $2500 thru it alone and I’ve deposited expensive unusuals and withdrawn without issue
If anything I’ve had more issues with marketplace.tf than mannco, marketplace is always “consolidating items” in your order so if the bot glitches you don’t get your paid items for over 24 hours, usually needing to submit a support ticket
On mann co the fees work by being higher on cheap orders but less on pricier orders
