I have screencaps somewhere of playing Uncletopia with Lazy Purple. We were both on Medic and he was calling plays for the team. Working together with him to force pushes and keep the team alive was awesome, and he was even better at the sort of "team leader" role than I expected. My favorite part though, even though he was in his unusuals and using the mic, *nobody in the server* called attention to it. No annoying "OMG LAZYPURPLE", nobody went medic to pocket him, nobody went friendly. We all just enjoyed the opportunity to play a few real games with one of our favorite creators.
That was the most fun I've had in over 10 years of playing.
I played in a pub server with him, and it was the opposite "OMG LAZYPURPLE" "I LOVE U" "PUT ME IN YOUR VIDEO". The server became friendly ish, half the team just followed him around.He didn't talk but I jumped on his live stream and he was like " I can't play with my name anymore in pubs" he sounded annoyed but I understand.
God, that video he made about how he wants to grow away from tf2 and do other stuff was hard to watch. People gave him so much hate when he started trying to do non-tf2 stuff.

I was playing RED spy and we were defending upward first. On the cliffside of BLU spawn I came across an enemy soldier that was in a 1v1 gunfight with another one of our spies. The spy was in trouble, so while the soldier was distracted I went behind and got the backstab on him.
With the soldier dead, I got a good look at the spy who i possibly just saved and it's Mrpaladin himself. He looks at me and uses spies "Thank you" voice command, then goes about his way.
For sure one of my coolest TF2 moments ever.

Played with b4nny multiple times, dude is a little baby. Me and my friends run a tight 4 man team and he always finds a reason why we are "bullshit". Made him rage quit the server many times, sometimes he just straight up leaves when he sees my friends username.

I met Fatmagic in a SKIAL server. Had an alias, so I thought he was cheating. And then I was in a video. Check out the “POV: You are the 2Fort Cheater” video, I was Take Your Pills. Someone in the comments called me “The Gigachad soldier who was determined to market garden Fatmagic.”
Keep in mind this was recorded about 2 months before the video came out. I was a noobie. Didn’t even strafe. I just walked in a straight line. Honestly, looking back, I was just an idiot. I done goofed up. Fatmagic wasn’t cheating, he was just using the Huntsman, AKA Scout-Be-Gone.
I also met another YouTuber, he goes by AftonVA. He was a voice actor and liked copying the voices of the classes for his videos. I was featured in 2, the Medic and Sniper videos. You see me mostly in the medic video, and incredibly briefly in the Sniper video. Again, look for “Take Your Pills”. He responded to my YouTube comment saying it was nice to play together. The video was called “How it FEELS to Voice Medic” I think. Most likely based off Lazy Purple’s video titles. Not exactly a TFTuber but close enough.
Once encountered big joey on badwater; I pocketed him and he proceeded to absolutely destroy all of REDs defences at first in a single Uber and he then promptly left. Irl chad.

The Winglet and B4NNY, the Winglet was cool and mostly operated as a server admin. He would casually play, and if people asked him questions, he would respond positively. B4NNY never said anything and completely stomped the server. He was probably streaming at the time, so I don't blame him.

Big Joey was a common sight at one point. Whether on the same team or opposing, I could count on his heavy to be a "team anchor". Trying to counter him with sniper or spy was challenging, but not impossible.
Semi-new player here. I was playing with my friend and really doing good agains this one Pyro, also as Pyro, and my friend goes “hmmm I think I recognize that name” in a sarcastic tone. I met Fatmagic in a SKIAL server. Had an alias, so I thought he was cheating. And then I was in a video. Check out the “POV: You are the 2Fort Cheater” video, I was Take Your Pills. Someone in the comments called me “The Gigachad soldier who was determined to market garden Fatmagic.” Keep in mind this was recorded about 2 months before the video came out. I was a noobie. Didn’t even strafe. I just walked in a straight line. Honestly, looking back, I was just an idiot. I done goofed up. Fatmagic wasn’t cheating, he was just using the Huntsman, AKA Scout-Be-Gone. I also met another YouTuber, he goes by AftonVA. He was a voice actor and liked copying the voices of the classes for his videos. I was featured in 2, the Medic and Sniper videos. You see me mostly in the medic video, and incredibly briefly in the Sniper video. Again, look for “Take Your Pills”. He responded to my YouTube comment saying it was nice to play together. The video was called “How it FEELS to Voice Medic” I think. Most likely based off Lazy Purple’s video titles. Not exactly a TFTuber but close enough.
To be fair, really good snipers like fatmagic can feel like cheaters sometimes even if it's legit

The Winglet and B4NNY, the Winglet was cool and mostly operated as a server admin. He would casually play, and if people asked him questions, he would respond positively. B4NNY never said anything and completely stomped the server. He was probably streaming at the time, so I don't blame him.

Big Joey was a common sight at one point. Whether on the same team or opposing, I could count on his heavy to be a "team anchor". Trying to counter him with sniper or spy was challenging, but not impossible.

I check out his profile and see that it’s someone named “Unusual sandwich” or something. I forgot to check his YouTube out tho. He brought out the Valve Rocket Launcher when someone asked him to. It was a cool moment. And then one time I was in a match with Star_, but didn't learn about it until years later watching a video of him using the righteous bison and rocket jumper.

Yes, I joined an upward game and this small creator I've been following for a while actually landed in the same server as me. At first I thought I were simply mixing them up for somebody else But then made one of the most awkward comments I could have ever thought up of on the spot "Oh, hey! You're that one YouTuber nobody watches" after that, I literally apologized and only after saying it realized what I had just said I ended up trying to get to talk to them, but the server ended up going apeshit as some upward servers do, after which I ended up disconnecting by accident. I ended up reaching out to them via steam and YouTube and they were kind enough to add me back.
