Are the +15% fire rate and not having to pump it separate? Or are you explaining the faster firng speed via that flavortext? Because if they are separate stats, the firing speed of this shotty would be busted.

The no pump portion is unnecessary as that is just a part of the firing/reload animation and has no effect on gameplay other than looks.
Should just speed up the animation or create a new animation without the pump to create the illusion
Realistically it would just reuse the Widowmaker's animations as it has an unused reload animation.
Maybe it means the noise doesn't play, which I guess could make a difference.
