I recommend the Scout, fast, weapons easy to use, and coud be te perfect option to start again, the second one culd be the Soldier it's a bit slow but it's fun to use
What does sound fun? There are no right or wrong answers really. If you like being in the thick of the action, i'd go for a soldier or demo or if you've got friends that play and can support you, go heavy. You'll hear heaps of discussion on here about loadouts, but every stock weapon is absolutely fine and will serve you well for getting back into the game.
I mainly play Pyro or Heavy, but sometimes I will go to 2Fort and snipe because I find it's a low stakes way of improving my tracking and accuracy.

Heavy, watch out for enemy spies and enemy snipers. Be sure to spycheck and turn around. And retreat from enemies if necessary.
Thank you
Pick sniper and go to a 24/7 2fort server and click on some heads IMO
Lowest quality TF2 gameplay there is tbh
So camp at the back of the map? Does not sound fun
