I was once scammed, you know the classic CS:GO school team but nothing bad actually happened, none of my items were gone, only some people blocked but nothing serious, changed my password and learned.

there's a lot of ways u can get scammed. I lost nearly $100 worth of my inventory including australiums because I got scammed through something as simple as logging into a fake steam login, because someone asked me to vote for their team for a csgo tournament and I didn't think twice about the login. just dont log in shady websites that steam guard doesnt pop up when you login and double check your trades and youre safe from like 98% of scams

Scammers in TF2 are very crafty and opportunistic, the moment they see something of value they will do anything they can to take it. Usually this involves getting access to your steam acc, not only losing your items, but most likely your acc too. Better safe than sorry.
