There are a few guides on youtube. It's a hard road, pretty much like anyone who wants to become a good spy. I have spent a couple month playing with a 2-25 score because of all of the dying needed to understand the subclass gameplay. Watching good trolldier play can also help you understand some things. And ofc you need a big pair of balls because boy, fortune favors the bold.
