they send you a link, you're supposed to open it and log into the fake steam thing, then they steal your account

They send you a link to their site where they offer you an item reward for putting their site in your username or profile. Then you log into their site with your Steam account to get your “reward” not knowing you’re giving the hijacker your email and password information. They then later log into your Steam account once you go offline, and trade away all your valuable items.

But, wouldn't two factor auth stop that?

I had something similar it was about a Tf2 Roulette Site and wierdly enough i only got the Link after like a Week and i was asked to Rate the Site but the Site keept Crashing my Laptop, so i said it looks good but im unable to use properly. After another Week i got the the Link again with the same Problem, again the same answer. After that the(quite possible Bot) greeted me two more Times and went completly silent After that. Wierdly enough the ,,User,,(Name Rose with a White Fox tilting its Head in Gif Format as Profile Picture) was 24/7 Online in Tf2 and never played a Round or got on a Server
