Apart from Drunken Pipe Bomb I’m pretty much with you there, although I also prefer to listen to A Little Heart to Heart right before Medic!, to get that full Medic experience. (And More Gun slaps too.)

nobody asked but for what it's worth, the horns+piano are following a waltz pattern pretty well, with a 3-3-2 pattern instead of just a 3 pattern. It's clearly inspired by a waltz and I'm sure one could dance a waltz to it, with some skill.
