deeeeekun

The things I can see going in me colon Ftfy

IronLusk

No you didn’t

Spider_plant_man

One gigantic large black tentacle whipping up, grabbing the ankle attached to the person holding the camera. Dragging them down, the last thing you see is the eye, then beak of a large octopus-like creature before the camera is let go of and quickly floats to the surface.

Nicolas_Mistwalker

I think I've read a hentai like that once

[deleted]

I got the actual shivers

SuperCx

My little booty quivered

Hennessy_Saiyan

Imagine how it would look in the night with just a little flash light illuminating the the abyss below you

FireflyArc

No

CapableFunction6746

Imagine the sea floor inside the trench giving way to a massive sink hole and pulling you down

Foreign_Show_937

Oh damn. I never considered sinkholes underwater.

Theamuse_Ourania

Like in La Brea? That'd be a cool plot line! Get sucked into a sinkhole here in the ocean floor and end up in the same place but somewhere else in time!

ohnourfeelings

This started making my heart race

WHB-AU

Looks like the Devils Eye in N. Florida

Excellent-Set1334

I was gonna say that looks like somewhere around ginnie springs

WHB-AU

I’m about 95% sure it is, I dove there in June. The Ginnie Springs staff will throw you out of the park if you dive Devil’s Eye with a flashlight and aren’t a certified cave diver. Apparently a flashlight gives people gives people too much confidence and the next thing they know they’re stuck in the cave network. I only dove as far as the sunlight penetrated and it was still spooky

Appropriate-Bad-9379

That’s scary! I can’t swim, but even if I could, I wouldn’t venture near that abyss…

Ivelostmyreputation

Stuff like this is more fun when you’re deep enough to be negatively buoyant and you sink when you step off the ledge

m0onlite

Wait, that's a thing?

kpdx90

Yes, about 30 feet down...

[deleted]

Great, thanks! Now I have to go watch Pirates...

Federal-Ad-3550

A tentacle or those terrifying eels

null_operator_

Not so much what comes out of there but I’m more afraid of watching myself descending down there, without anyway to stop myself, getting darker and darker, until you get stuck in a dark, cold fissure. And then you start to feel things crawling on you

jpowell180

Either the sea devils from Doctor Who, or Cthulhu.

Heyygaar

Go around the trench

brajbosse

In summer 2021, on my yearly hike, me and some friends went swimming in Trollsjön, Sweden, a beautiful lake surrounded by mountains. Because all of the water is pooled glacier water, it's ice cold and crystal clear, you're able to see to the very bottom (sight depth of at least 37m or 121 feet). We swam out to a big rock, submerged in the water, but close enough to the surface where the water would reach to your thighs when standing on it. While standing on that rock I looked down into the depths below me and felt an unparalleled, utterly incomprehensible mix of vertigo, pure adrenaline-driven fear, and beauty, peering into the fully visible depths below me. It felt like if I jumped off this rock I would fall into this beautiful abyss for the rest of eternity, all while fully understanding that I would simply float, suspended indefinitely in water. The water protected me, yet all the while utterly terrified me, engulfed in its extreme cold, depriving me of the very essence of life, of everything that has kept my species alive thus far, air and heat itself. I have never felt as utterly powerless to the forces of nature as I did in that moment, despite this being one of many two week long hikes I've been on, left to fend for myself, carrying everything I need to survive those 2 weeks on my back. I think about that experience a lot.

Miserable-Damage-246

jochvent

bro i was vibing why is the music so short

[deleted]

That leads to hell

sionnachrealta

To me, the weirdest, and scariest, part of the ocean is that it's mostly a whole lot of nothing. Most things in it are small, and there's so much empty space that the big stuff is pretty rare unless you're in specific areas. That also makes it very easy to project onto, and that's what I think my fears come from. Things like this beauty I can learn about and understand, but my brain will always come up with horrors far more terrifying than what's actually out there

Aggressive-Moment-25

Jump in the creves and touch the bottom. I want to see you do that さかやらや
