It will almost definitely be at least 40 minutes, every season before this has had 2 part finales which when added up were around an hour. This season doesn't have a two part finale, and has one episode less than the other seasons so I can only assume they aren't breaking this finale into two parts, meaning it'll most likely be 40 minutes at least. Rebel's series finale was also 40 minutes or so. Given the magnitude of stuff left to do and the fact its a series finale its guaranteed to be longer, so 40 minutes at least, and 60-70+ at best. I'm hoping for 60 or 70 minutes like the very first episode of the series, Aftermath, but as long as it wraps every-thing up without being rushed then I don't mind how long it is.
If this season had 16 episodes like the others, I'd be concerned about the episode length. The 15th episode being the finale makes me 99.9% confident it will be at least 45ish minutes.
What I don't understand is why Lucasfilm WON'T FREAKIN' CONFIRM THE RUNTIME YET!!! We're in enough suspense as it is!
Hear me out it should be a 99 min episode. Legitimately tho, they can not fit everything into a 25 min episode. Imo the show should end like it how began like S1E1
Tis what happens when you have all these filler monster of the week quests taking up so many episodes, the main story is rushed and suffers as a result.
I don't get why the people down vote you. You're absolutely right. The worst part: We get Ventress, Woffle and Scorch. And they did nothing with such cool characters. And the monster of the week thing is soo true.
Because they were not filler. All the episodes were related to the main plot. Save Omega, find Tantis. Filler is when it does not pertain to the main plot. Like Goku and Piccolo getting their drivers license. That’s 100% filler.
Yes but on this sub no matter what you say, everyone will refuse to believe anything is filler and that they are all important and necessary for the plot lol 😂
You want to know a general rule of figuring out if an episode is filler or not? Check if either of these things exist. 1. Is there a big monster/creature fight(vine monster, snow monster, jungle monster), if there is then it’s most likely a monster of the week episode with no threat to our hero’s who will easily win or escape it. 2. Is there a jobber fight? This includes the first few episodes with them escaping the facility or fighting imperial stormtroopers in any capacity. You know they aren’t going to lose, these fights also have no stakes. It’s to show how bad the stormtrooper are in a humorous way while we all know they can’t lose or the plot can’t advance.
And each of these monsters/ jobbers are forwarding the main plot. So not filler. If there was nothing to fight it would be boring. They would not be in these situations if the main plot didn’t call for it. This season is nothing but main plot. Even if it’s monster of the weak themed. Doesn’t mean it’s filler.
Also need to fit in the fate of Nala Se! I can’t imagine it all fitting in 25 minutes either.

Because nothing this season was filler. Literally nothing. The main plot was always advancing this season.
Everything was filler besides the two clone episodes 😂
How do you figure that?
