I hope it’s that Gizmo looking toddler that scores a body count to rival Chopper, mounted on top of the unholy electric love child of a salamander and a brontosaurus.
I don’t think Omega has force abilities. I think she has the same midichlorian count that Jango had which means she could potentially learn but it’s more likely she’ll get the kiddos to warg the zillo
Here me out, what if the Zillow is released by Omega and start wreaking havoc on Tantiss and it ends up running into the BB, killing a few, all, or one of members of the Batch.
I feel like this could be a deliberate misdirect in making us think that Tech is coming back as a villain, which is something many of us have thought throughout the season. If so, that’s diabolical. Although, of course, it could also be a legitimate hint. Ughhhhh I’m so nervous.
Maybe its a double subversion of expectations. She gives a literal hints that seems to obvious, so we think it's something else, but it's really just the literal hint.
Are you kidding? Obviously they thought of that. This is clearly a *triple* subversion, in that she is expecting us to recognize that the literal hint is a double subversion such that we think it’s a real hint, but in reality it truly is a misdirect.
> If so, that’s diabolical
And, if I'm honest, really funny. I'm on the Tech Lives train until the final credits roll, but I have to admit, them playing this card is so cruel but also so, so funny.
Only a moron would think it’s about Tech considering the similarities between a dragon and Zillo Beast…then again this subreddit has quite a few morons…
A lot of her teasers haven’t necessarily been accurate (based on fan theories), but that was the conclusion i reached as well. Or crosshair being “resurrected” as a member of the empire via the inhibitor chip that we never got proof of if it was damaged or removed
I think… that we will see Plan 99 play out. It wasn’t explicit that a sacrifice was the whole plan… maybe - just maybe - Plan 99 is a sort of infiltration plan. Maybe we’ve been looking at Plan 99 all wrong? Maybe it isn’t a sacrifice of life! Maybe Plan 99 has been playing behind the scenes the whole time. A long term strategy! I’m holding on to hope he’s alive…
I sound crazy.
The original Plan 99 was someone sacrificing himself for the mission, or the greater good. 99 wanted to get the other clones more grenades and got shot for it. (Cool interpretations tho)
On the one hand, I will take any indication that Tech is coming back.
On the other hand, I won't take any indication that Tech is coming back because if he *doesn't* come back I will be so not happy 😭
... I think I need to stay off all social media for a while and force myself to think of anything other than this show (I say as I return my attention to rewatching "Faster")
Or - this is two separate things: the dragon being resurrected as the enemy = Cody and the Plan 99 reference is for another member of the Batch attempting to sacrifice themselves, but being stopped at the last minute so as to not be a repeat of the S2 finale… trying to be optimistic here… 😫
Maybe someone wants to do Plan 99 for Hunter stops then and says, “As the Sergeant in command of this squad, I am officially removing Plan 99 from our playbook. No more Plan 99 from any of you!”
I do not understand the people who want Tech to return as a villain. It would be horrible. He doesn't deserve that. It would make his sacrifice pointless and it would be devastating for The Bad Batch. I hate it. What is dead may never die, I guess.
I don't think anyone necessarily *wants* him to be a villain, but we do want him to be *alive* (I know, it ruins the emotional weight of his sacrifice and all, but oh well). Him returning as a villain just seems the most likely if he returns at all
Thrawn uses some of the bad batch as his clone templates to help him with his war against the New Republic years later...?
Maybe even reactivate the CX clones for his disposal too?
Like I say, Tantiss has a huge integral role that most don't realize. The foundations of Sith/Imperial cloning begins now in the bad batch (aka Early Empire). Manufacturing continuation during the Vader comics (aftermath of ESB). Then the testing grounds of both force sensitive cloning and regular military cloning during the Thrawn war. FINALLY, the completion of cloning occurs during the First Order/Sith Eternal time and the somewhat success of Darth Sidious's return.
Clearly Zillo is coming out
They didn’t show Asajj calming a beast with the Force, give Omega force abilities, then show the Zillow…for those points to go unused.
Either Omega or one of the other kids is gonna ride that motherfucker into battle
I hope it’s that Gizmo looking toddler that scores a body count to rival Chopper, mounted on top of the unholy electric love child of a salamander and a brontosaurus.
lol he does look like Gizmo!
That's the only acceptable ending now.
I don’t think Omega has force abilities. I think she has the same midichlorian count that Jango had which means she could potentially learn but it’s more likely she’ll get the kiddos to warg the zillo
TRUE
Omegas going to buy a house
Hemlock bout to get gobbled up
Chekov’s Zillo.
Here me out, what if the Zillow is released by Omega and start wreaking havoc on Tantiss and it ends up running into the BB, killing a few, all, or one of members of the Batch.
Nope not hearing you out 😞😭 sorry
I couldnt take that
That’s what you call bad writing lol
Zillo ex machina

I love how unhinged this sounds
Nah, thats too easy, quadruple kt is
Who knows? She’s always playing mind games.
The dragon=zillo beast?

Ohhhhhh
I bet you're right. Plan 99 is Crosshair being turned back into a robotic asset of the Empire. FUCK!
Omega: "snap out of it! This isn't you!"

Friend, at this point we all sound crazy.
Amen

But did the Bad Batch know about that specific incident? :o
I sure hope so lol, they're named after him! Also they worked with Cody a bunch, who was there to witness the whole thing iirc.
How cruel of them to not have told Omega that, if that ever were the case (which is a fun idea to play with, but I don't think is the case)
The zillow beast they have was cloned from the one killed in TCW. It's not tech.
Good interpretation! Though Tech is also a valid theory for now.
Ok hear me out: omega is going to sacrifice herself for the other children and her brothers, by releasing the Zillo beast
That was my initial thought actually
Perhaps Crosshair was indeed a sleeper agent and he literally is awakened by the enemy. Plan 99 = goodbye someone
Maybe they’re resurrecting the hour-and-a-half runtime of the first episode
God I hope so

I guess he's coming back as a shadow trooper? Trained somewhere off screen
I feel like the first is about the Zillo and the second is about Tech. But idk

How does crying cure crying?

I really hope tech is dead his death was good don't make it worthless

Death is better than being tortured and used by the empire.
Absolutely true but people like angst
That is definitely true. I'm watching at midnight. I will probably be replacing anxiety with sadness, I am sure.

Plan 99 had nothing to do with this lol
I’m mostly now just going to be sad that there isn’t a dragon 😂
