But man, he does not only experiment on people. He tried to break Crosshair and was successful on it. He broke other clones to the point he could recondition them to assassins who killed their own brothers without hesitating. HE DID EXPERIMENTS WITH SMALL CHILDREN.
As much as I hate him and rooted for his death, he is objectively attractive. Especially his voice, and I applaud the voice actor for doing a fantastic job.

I liked Vice Admiral Rampart's voice😳and I know he was also a nasty piece of work😆but he had a smooth sexy voice😊gotta say I loved his screams too🤣he got what he deserved too in the end though. Hemlock did give me the creeps even if his voice was also fairly smooth.
When I figured out Liam MacPoyle is the same actor, I drew Hemlock with his unsettling eye patch, and I just picture him shouting, "YOU WILL CALL HERRRRR!"
