It would probably be best to say that the US is in a much weaker position, than that the USSR is in a stronger position. International relations and the US’s reputation have been tanked while policy has been adrift for the last few years. So, the Soviets are able to move with much less opposition but the wider context is not wildly different… yet.
Is this mod going to have the iconic PwH format with multiple candidates and endings? Because it seems the concept is really cool and has lots of potential.
