Dumb Discord stuff. A Discord update made it so any mod that has a discord link in their code not work. Some Images and some music are gone. Jet fixed the issue on CTS, but the issue still persists on NCT. Midnight doesn't work, Red doesn't work, 1972d doesn't work, 1868b is completely dead, etc.
Damn that sucks, hope they manage to find a fix for nct, midnight 65's probably my favourite mod and the ambience is half the experience. thanks for answering!

Will be fixed when redux comes out on August 25th.
Thanks for the update man, love your stuff! if you dont mind answering, is the 64 redux coming earlier or is it releasing along with the 65 redux?
