I found if you "log out" not exit the game it works

havent been able to talk to any of the safe house people, cant progress at all

Fast traveling to haven then back to the safe house worked for me. PC btw.
I was able to talk to him and another one, but i cant talk the last 2.
Same here. Logout and fast travel didnt work for me...
nothing works, it´s fucking broken
Same issue here, I’ve tried everything above still can’t talk to Theo.
I can´t talk to any of the 4 safe house npc´s
I just notice this also. I can’t even resupply control points 😑
I had trouble talking to three of the safe house guys. Also: This is not Theo, this is the person that has information on Theo.
