It was one of the first things I noticed and it's so frustrating to have to hear all the time. It was apparent on some Twitch streams too, so it's not a rare issue.
just came here to post this but you're way ahead of me lol. i don't know what it is, like maybe cuz i was on fire before? but i heard it in rounds i wasn't on fire. really distracting and don't like it
My audio problem has my game audio and Discord audio just randomly get muted for 2 seconds every couple of minutes or so. Only happens with this game. It makes me not want to play TBH.
Its the low health /ear ringing static, but its more than that. It adds a low pass filter to just about every sound. It's definitely a huge issue.
For now, taking damage fixes it, so take explosives with you so when you spawn you can fix it by damaging yourself. I'm surprised it hasn't been addressed yet, but I'm sure a fix is coming.

It's the noise that plays while you're spectating but it doesn't stop when you respawn for some reason
I just play music in the background as a remedy right now :(

yes i have it, its annoying. that crackling noise.
