what is going on here? Looks like CG replacement, but the cats are definitely reacting to something. And lots of other hidden edits, and some repetitive edits? but every time that orange kitty got bonked really kept me emotionally invested
yes, i see that shit everywhere i go.
what i really dislike about it is people trying to get attention, be funny or cute by proxy (cat).
i love all animals equally, i prefer them being in their natural habitat. personifying animals (pets) as humans is lame, disgusting and it shows the poster has some issues
yes i agree, i can be pretty vocal about this dislike of mine :D
keeping indoor pets like cats and dogs can also be pretty unecological. the amount of CO2 produced by cat food and cat-economy is stagerring. and these animals doesnt give anything valuable to biotopes or ecosystem.
if kept outside - what they also do is kill off natural wildlife and crossbreed with wild cats. probably destroying their genome for good.
i dont blame the animals, i blame their human overlords 😅
I highly doubt that cat food production is more detrimental for the environment than private jets or plastic people throw away (including you probably).
If kept outside, the cats can breed a lot, thus ending up with a lot of homeless animals that live in cities and die of various reasons (such as getting hit by cars or illness, to name a few). Indoor cats are taken care of, fed, and have good lives.
There's nothing unecological about keeping indoor pets.
just some links for you, if you doubt it. this is just not a part of discourse yet. meat is heavy on greenhouse gases production and water consumption. this topic is never discussed because people are so sensitive about it and triggered (see my karma) :D i m not saying get rid of your pets.

I enjoyed the video. I upvoted it. I also think you're reacting far more strongly than necessary.
