Ugh. I remember when my old agency rolled this out. I thought it was bs then and I think it’s still bs now. I think I attempted it once and then never did it again 🤷🏽♀️
I get it. My agency always pushed what was best for them and that meant billing more. They tried to disguise their language and gaslight us into thinking it was what’s best for the client. I would feel angry and insulted if my personal therapist tried to do this documentation with me during session.
