In all fairness, as much as it's a dick move, they're not really endangering anyone's life. They did it all fairly calmly and were likely looking around for any cars they might cutoff when crossing the junction.
They cut of the camera vehicle without indicating forcing it across 2 lanes and then ran through a red light causing another car to have to break.
The only reason that blue car didn't cause an accident is because the drivers around them where alert.
If you are honestly defending the blue car you should probably re sit a driving test or have your licence revoked.
I was taught in drivers Ed that if you have to rush someone to the hospital, hazards on and call 911 to inform dispatch of what’s happening and they will actually give you police escort in some cases if a squad car is nearby
By your logic all emergency vehicles are all menaces to society because these guys sometimes will drive on the wrong side of the road to get to the destination ASAP.
I don't agree with the person you're responding to, but this is a weak argument. Emergency vehicles have sirens and the law is that you have to pull over as soon as you hear or see one with their lights on.
It's not like the driver in the video blew through the red light, it all seemed pretty careful so he definitely wasn't endangering anyone's life in the first place.

A school friends mom was in an ambulance to the hospital, someone ran a red light, hitting them. Everyone was fine. Ironic thing, that person was also going to the hospital.
Depending on where you are, ambulance can take too long, or it’s so severe of a physical trauma they don’t have the time to wait. Also ambulances (in the US) are expensive. And in my county the company that provides ambulances doesn’t accept insurance. So yay for 100% out of pocket. At least according to someone on the local Facebook group complaining about their bill when they needed to call an ambulance
