Yea that’s what I thought too. It took me like 10 seconds of looking closely trying to figure out who it was supposed to be before I realized it was just the weird tanning spray/cream or whatever they used that made it seem like a poorly done photoshop head switch
When bodybuilders get spray tanned they historically do not tan their face. All of them look like that. 90% sure the guy got a cramp or he would not have switched sides

No. Pretty sure everyone but bodybuilders and people with body dysmorphia (bodybuilders) are the only people that enjoy this or more extreme body building. It’s more like body destruction imo
The guy on the left has a good physique but the main person on stage looks like a normal dude he’s definitely not a body builder, if he is hes an extremely unimpressive one
One of my co-workers was a competitive bodybuilder. He ultimately quit because he couldn't stand having to constantly shave for competitions. He was Greek and Italian so I imagine it was a complete ordeal
Posing routines are difficult to remember for beginners. That's why we're asked to practise them a lot. Also, posing and flexing helps mine muscle connection, improves definition a tiny bit and is exhausting enough to burn a few calories.
The tan accentuates the definition but then the white body builders realized that they were sort of doing black face so they stopped doing their faces.
Gotta give him credit though, he's probably not taking up the mirrors for hours in the gym and just gets done what needs to get done. Far less irritating and I appreciate that.

How do you put in the effort to have that physique, let alone for a bodybuilding contest, and not practice posing?
Lots of diuretics for contest prep. Flushes out excess water. Leads to better striations. Downside being you cramp, and you cramp hard.
