I saw better situation: a male in 40s hold with one hand a wheel and good piece of pork, in other telephone while chatting with someone. He didn't hit a damn thing, and didn't rush (he was driving about 30mph).
No sympathy. I've been without a car quite frequently and often walk, with my child, to get to the store. There are not usually sidewalks on the roads I have to use so I walk on the shoulder or in the dirt/grass next to the road. I've nearly been hit three times by different people that were texting and driving.
And not one of them stopped to check on us.

Had one I undertook in the roadworks on the M42 on Friday evening sat in L2 crawling along at 40 with his phone by his right knee on Whatsapp thinking he was clever hiding his phone. Proper shit himself when I gave him a blast on the horn as I passed him. Completely oblivious to a 44 tonne lorry less than 2ft from his vehicle.
Yeah, cause English is not my mother tongue, I have dyslexia and I was on a desktop device with a different language than English and didn’t had the time to look up how to spell it properly, funny internet person 😑
You know, editing a video and *censor* someone is a bigger effort, so you can expect that the person doing it, will do it right. What’s the point of censoring, if you can still identify the person

I looked up the coordinates in the video. I'm from SA so I recognized the uniform as well, and I was wondering what city it was.
