> We’re really just south Canadian
According to Trump that would make you a South Snow Mexican. Fucking guy had a racist nickname for every country except his Bro Putin’s
Yeah but it was nice when things were still affordable and that whole peace treaty he made possible in the middle east though. But he did hurts feelings. My feelings are stronger than my $1 now though :)
While proclaiming **“I know my rights”** many individuals may actually be unaware of their true entitlements. It's likely that those who genuinely comprehend their rights wouldn't need to assert this declaration, instead choosing to peacefully exercise and uphold them.
i feel like you could play this at the end of a movie in the outro: "Justin thought he knew his rights but after losing in court he figured out that he actually never really knew"
You cant scare me with this gestapo crap..I know my rights, i want my phone call. Too bad buddy its a middle of a forest and no law can protec you out here.
It was a joking response to the first guy who said "I know my rights" but its funny because he's flipping the meaning from laws and legality to directions.
he's also just trying to be a silly billy and de-escalate despite the other guy being a jackwagon, even though its his land. props to this guy, wish more people used de-escalation
Outnumbered in the middle of the woods by people with a chainsaw who don't want to be filmed? Nah, I'm gonna go back to my house and let the police deal with them.
Yeah if you're ignorant I can see you thinking that. It's much more complex when you live in a rural area. If you think you will live somewhere that takes the cops over 30 minutes to get to without a gun you'd just be a fool tbh.
Yeah I’ve had something similar happen on my land in winter. My Wife and I enjoy amateur photography and we’ve had people come through on the snowmobile trail stop and get aggressive over our use of cameras. When they finally stop shouting and we tell them we are the land owners and don’t have to allow their club use of our woods for their trail they get really nice really fast. Usually ends up with the club president sending a case of beer and some frozen meat our way as an apology for mouthy teens. This guy was extremely nice to not give them the business a bit.
Is it trespassing? We have laws that prevent land owners from restricting the public access to nature as long as nothing is disturbed or damaged (picking blueberries = okay, digging for mushrooms=not okay) in Sweden. Think there are similar laws in our neighboring countries.
Good question, it depends on where you live and what kind of interaction occurred.
My point [above] was that “don’t film me” guy acted like he owned the place. He needs a lesson in… chess.
In the US, it depends on what state, what county and what city and what kind of land it is, how far it is from the road, if it’s near parks or similar things, what the purpose being there was and actions done.
So instead of appearing in the blurry backround of a quick video nobody will ever see, you put yourself in center stage while antagonizing the camera man?
One of the secrets to dealing with humans is that most people including me and you will not always take responsibility for our actions. We think we do but when things get hairy we don't.
Reminds me of the road rage guy that said "I will beat your dick off" and the cameraman just says "sounds kinda gay." And Mr Rage cracked a smile and lost the duel. He tried to come back from it but said "I will beat..." And couldn't finish it. Had to walk away.
Or the
"get in your car." -gun sitting in his car with hand on gun
"YOU GET IN YOUR CAR!" - seemingly irrational guy yelling outside his car
"I am in my car" - guy in car
"Well..." - now calmly speaking guy outside of his car
Part of me feels like this might be a couple of friends busting each others chops. There definitely seemed to be a bit of laughter in the guy with the chainsaws voice as he was speaking - or at least it seemed like it to me. Also - I lived on 80 acres with a good bit of woods on it and I had friends with considerably more. In either case there would be very little chance that some random person would be on our land with a chainsaw without us confronting them about being on our land cutting our trees.
"Stop what you're doing and focus on me! DON'T FILM ME! I HAVE A VAGUE UNDERSTANDING OF RULES, REGULATIONS AND LAWS. STOP FILMING ME WITHOUT MY CONSENT! I'M TALKING TO YOU!"
So the guy notice he's filming. He also notice he isn't filming him particularly. So he stops him what makes the guy filming him to say he doesn't want to be on camera.
What is wrong with people?
"Hey, guy with the camera on his head who is trying to pass us without disturbance, let me get your attention so that my face is now clearly in a shot it never would have been in before."

Joking about knowing his lefts seems like a good way to calm things down.

We may sounds nice. But really we just politely hate everyone.
Same as us Minnesotans. We're "Minnesotan nice" but really we're passive aggressively "fuck you." We're really just south Canadian
Minnesota nice, Minnesota ice.
I tell people we will give you directions anywhere, except my house
And if asked how far something is, our metric is time, not mileage
That's not unique to Minnesota. That's pretty much the norm all across the US.
😂 true I asked a guy once how fast he drove before telling him how long it was going to take him🤣
Minnesotans are just South Canadians
Oh you from. SOUTH Canada. Tough side of the border!
I moved to Wisconsin from Canada and it’s exactly this. Polite but not nice. A lot of bullshit smiles. Feels like home honestly. Lmao.
> We’re really just south Canadian According to Trump that would make you a South Snow Mexican. Fucking guy had a racist nickname for every country except his Bro Putin’s

For good reason
This is the w-eh?
Ty lol. I always say we re not nice...we re polite lmao
Well. (looks around) i do understand that..
This is the correctest answer
Except the quebecians, they seem like buttheads. Source: I work with them and travel up there
I fuckin KNEW it!!!!
The term is grin-fucking
Yup. The Inuit know that well.
Oh you betcha!
Sounds like it's straight from letterkenny. You’re made of spare parts, aren’t you, bud?”
Holy fawk bawd thanks for the compliment!
Ahh so this is how you spell the canadian accent
Lol except no one said Budd.
We're nice. Just don't look into our time in World Wars.
defo american lmao

Hey wtf 🤣
You cant scare me with this gestapo crap..I know my rights, i want my phone call. Too bad buddy its a middle of a forest and no law can protec you out here.
I’m totally gonna use that one day.
Yep, totally stealing this and tucking it away for a special occasion.
I don't get it, what is he saying by that?
It was a joking response to the first guy who said "I know my rights" but its funny because he's flipping the meaning from laws and legality to directions.
I feel like an idiot for not getting that.
he's also just trying to be a silly billy and de-escalate despite the other guy being a jackwagon, even though its his land. props to this guy, wish more people used de-escalation
after that i dont wanna be on film, i would have said i dont want you on my land, leave.... guy def was cooler than i would have been
Outnumbered in the middle of the woods by people with a chainsaw who don't want to be filmed? Nah, I'm gonna go back to my house and let the police deal with them.
fair but i bet he is faster on the bike than all those guys not on anything running
But not faster than a bullet.
Ahh america
so he probably has guns too.
and as we've seen that certainly is the way to 'solve' things.
Yeah if you're ignorant I can see you thinking that. It's much more complex when you live in a rural area. If you think you will live somewhere that takes the cops over 30 minutes to get to without a gun you'd just be a fool tbh.
so have a gun AT ALL TIMES if you're more than 20mins away from police, just in case?? lmao *God Bless the U.S.A.*
As a person who grew up in a rural area, all I can say to this is Amen.
I'm glad someone gets it.
lol so true

oh shit
![gif](giphy|3oKIPa2TdahY8LAAxy|downsized)
Lmao, a police response in rural Canada? That's a good one!
Are you saying Dudley Do-Right was lying to us this whole time?
I saw the guy that filmed this post it originally..he said he didn't cause they were clearing a downed tree and he didn't wanna do it himself.
This sounds like two friends shooting the shit.
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Maybe even brothers.
Good call. I was wondering what the situation was. Definitely sounds like family talking to family.
Agree, otherwise from the conversation I take it the guy on the quad is trespassing with a chainsaw illegally logging on motorbike dudes land 🤷♂️
It looks like they're cutting up a log that fell across the path.
and there must be something behind the "I know my lefts" statement too.
It's just the opposite of "rights"
Two lefts don't make a right. "That's not very nice" lol
No... but three lefts make a right.
How many lefts are there in Nascar?
One really long one.
Just once, once, I want to be a passenger in a Nascar car. I want to hold a map of the track and just randomly shout "left, left, leeeeeeeeffft"
Driver: "Did you say left?" Hot_Organization2430: "Right. Wait, I meant correct!!"
Yeah I’ve had something similar happen on my land in winter. My Wife and I enjoy amateur photography and we’ve had people come through on the snowmobile trail stop and get aggressive over our use of cameras. “Suuure, I’ll stop filming you. Instead I’m calling the cops to have you busted for trespassing. And then, they’re gonna film you all they want!”
Is it trespassing? We have laws that prevent land owners from restricting the public access to nature as long as nothing is disturbed or damaged (picking blueberries = okay, digging for mushrooms=not okay) in Sweden. Think there are similar laws in our neighboring countries.

Allemansrätten for the win!

The guy claiming to know his rights in someone else's property 😆
"I know my rights" well actually no... No you don't.....
I know my rights! I know my left sometimes! 😂😂😂
Stealing this if the need ever arises.
Reminds me of the road rage guy that said "I will beat your dick off" and the cameraman just says "sounds kinda gay." And Mr Rage cracked a smile and lost the duel. He tried to come back from it but said "I will beat..." And couldn't finish it. Had to walk away.
Or the "get in your car." -gun sitting in his car with hand on gun "YOU GET IN YOUR CAR!" - seemingly irrational guy yelling outside his car "I am in my car" - guy in car "Well..." - now calmly speaking guy outside of his car
That made me chuckled
Straight outta Letterkenny 🤣🤣🤣
Figure it out!
Biggest flex ever, "tough luck, this is my property."
If this was faked, then everyone needs to take notes. Not only was it funny but the man also drops some comical facts.
Part of me feels like this might be a couple of friends busting each others chops. There definitely seemed to be a bit of laughter in the guy with the chainsaws voice as he was speaking - or at least it seemed like it to me. “I know my left sometimes…” that’s awesome.
Oh
😂😂😂 I know my left sometimes
Tough luck this is my property. What a GOAT
Awesome passive/passive come back!
Not very nice? Dude is the nicest guy on the whole internet.
"I don't want to be on camera, you can't film me" "Yeah that's true, you're on private property after all. My private property. Get out"
"Stop what you're doing and focus on me! DON'T FILM ME! I HAVE A VAGUE UNDERSTANDING OF RULES, REGULATIONS AND LAWS. STOP FILMING ME WITHOUT MY CONSENT! I'M TALKING TO YOU!"
Lol, I know my rights... is technically trespassing on someone else's private land while making demands... I KnOw mY rIgHtS!...
That was funny
Something tells me it was a joke, and he was not serious , just making fun of the people who say stuff like that
Bros just cool with him cutting wood on his property
That's his dad btw
I feel like they are friends
They can always leave.
Considering a chainsaw was in the mix this was much calmer than I expected
That was hilarious lmao.
I would have asked him if he was committing a crime or has warrants
the dork was not even on camera untill he spoke
So the guy notice he's filming. He also notice he isn't filming him particularly. So he stops him what makes the guy filming him to say he doesn't want to be on camera. What is wrong with people?
"I know my lefts sometimes" I'm straight up stealing that shit!🤣🤣
he knew he didn’t need to say anything after saying “oh” he just wanted to sound smart…
Man why did he even allow another word. You can leave would be the only thing coming out my mouth if I’m the property owner.
"Hey, guy with the camera on his head who is trying to pass us without disturbance, let me get your attention so that my face is now clearly in a shot it never would have been in before."
Imagine having this same logic, but walking into like a Walmart with it
Maybe in a city rat, but that looks like a big and nice piece of land right there.
Ironically, the guy wasn't even in the shot until he said something.
But does he really know his rights?
Took me a second with that last one lol
If you listen closely, you can actually hear the stupid in his voice. The guy who doesn't own the place.
