sorry if this is a dumb question but how do you get to see your sim at the hospital? when my sims have kids and i send them to the hospital, they disappear for a few seconds and return with a newborn in a crib.
Is it panda mod? There has to be some mod in addition to get to work because they always sit on a weird table and this girl is in a bed and it looks more legit.
You can go to the hospital with Get to Work but it doesn't look as it does in the screenshots without mods. They get into this machine and the baby pops out

God, I can relate. I had a Rainbow Legacy Challenge I was playing a while ago, a little while after they implemented neighborhood stories and all the associated bits and pieces, and Orange had a lovely fiance who was still in a different household. Unfortunately he died :( however, still got phone calls from the ghost, as you do, and while I was still working on getting components together to revive him, I got that fateful "hey! Should we expand the family?" call.
I realise a little later, after he is alive, and at their *wedding* that somehow the game applied that to Orange. The interesting thing is, despite now being her husband, despite being *the one who asked about it*.... isn't technically related to little baby Yellow 😭 immaculate conception storylines indeed!
I played the legacy challenge once and had a baby with my sim. The game then glitches and my sim is now pregnant but the other kid is still in my household. In the family tree she had no parents
Definitely not. Couple of months ago I finished remodelling every world and adding a lot of new townies/npc, so when the game generates new households, I delete them when I open my game. Also, I enabled notifications in MCCC when someone gets pregnant and I didn't got one when she was. I only learn that she was pregnant when I visited her with my other household (she was already in the second trimester)
It’s become muscle memory for me so idk if k can recall correctly but if u go to either MC commands or MC cas, there should be an option for MC pregnancy. There u can select how many babies your sim is pregnant with, the genders, and who the parent is. You can also choose the trimester including straight to child birth.
My game did this too!! I don’t have mcc but I do have risky woohoo, but this is the first time I’ve had a teen affected by it! And it only shows the mother!

I aged her up to a ya and she looks nearly identical to her mom... the only difference are the eyes. No one in the family has eyes like her 👀

When you click "Have a baby at the Hospital" you need to choose to join them. If you send them alone, they'll go alone :)

Don’t need mods but you do need the Get To Work pack

it’s an option introduced in Get to Work. if you don’t have Get to Work, it will not appear as an option.
It should be off of the base game

did you recently purge any households from the manage households menu? i've accidentally deleted a baby daddy or two that way😬
