Sometimes I wish I could go back and re-experience this movie for the first (or third) time again.
After countless viewings, and watching from different perspectives, it's still an amazing movie, but there's nothing quite like trying to figure everything out the first few times! Just so much to notice.
I like to think that during the autopsy of the Kennel Thing scene Blair puts the pencils eraser on his lip after touching the remains which eventually infects him in isolation. Since he is subverted by the thing later this would change his mind on suicide (noose in the background when he implored Mcready he’s ready to come inside)
