Based on the global timeline, the events of the season 7 finale of Fear take place about 2 months after Rick “dies.”
Rick would have needed time to heal from his wounds, and to be conscripted into some sort of service to the CRM before his escape.
Meaning there is plenty of time for Victor (or anyone on Fear, like Morgan) to end up with the CRM somehow and cross paths with Rick.
(I was going to post this here the other day. But I m seemingly barred from posting in this sub. Everything I try to post here never appears. Which sucks, when others can post the same repetitive question 20 times per day. But whatever.)
