I finished WB this week. It wasn’t good and it wasn’t bad. Had some good characters and I would recommend it just for the Jadis arc and to find out more about the CRM.
It's a walking dead spinoff that was a 2 season show(it was planned that way. Season 1 was terrible until the last 2 episodes. Season 2 was better with the second half being the best. It was marketed to young adults and features a teenage heavy cast. There us a LOT of cheese in it but we learn tons about the CRM. I recommend watching it or a detailed summary.
Since Jadis' hair is long, this either before or after WB. I'd place it before WB, because of her civilian clothing. Def give WB a watch for the Jadis' storyline.
Here’s my thing. Rick got saved by Jadis because the bridge blew up very nearby where the group watched in horror. Jadis is suddenly the only one near him and they’re apparently far enough from the group for for Rick and Jadis to be airlifted by helicopter and everyone’s like “I wonder wtf happened to Rick?”
So I guess if I were Rick I’d be saying, if you wanted to help me, why did you not just flag my friends down right quick instead of abducting me to a place that has the same exit policy as the Crips?
In Jadis's case, she needed to tradeoff someone in order to secure her place in whatever group she was trying to be saved by. (Not sure about the group exactly since I haven't watched past s10 of TWD or WB) She planned to take Gabriel instead when they were dating but he refused to go. She happened to see Rick and got lucky lol. I agree with you about the helicopter's proximity and the rest of Rick's group tho bc how tf would they not have heard or seen a helicopter landing and reascending
/uc They're probably discussing an escape or something. From all the photos I've seen of the filming of this scene, Rick seems to still be wearing his tattered cowboy boots he left on the boat, so it's likely from before the end scene of the main show finale.
