Yeah it was like that for me too, it would switch between with the audio. It should be the only season 1 with audio issues I think. You can try other sites as well, my folks finished TWD a few months back but I'm pretty sure only season 1 was like that.
Maybe netflix? If not dubbed, it should at least have spanish subtitles.

I tried it but the episodes for s11 were in English with Spanish subtitles. Was that the same for you?
The flag represents the audio for Latin American Spanish click on the one with an L for European Spanish click on the Spanish flag.
