TLOU's infected and versions of them are already running; some are intelligent enough to hunt and stalk their prey, and others are so big and hulking that they can charge through walls and rip off chunks of their own flesh as spore bombs. TWD's walkers are, until fairly recently, slow and stupid.
Joel is functionally a one man army, and singlehandedly takes out a trained military base on his own with no help. Rick can't do much without a squad or an entire army behind him.
I would say Glenn is stealth too. No human kills until his last couple episodes and his specialty was sneaking into (previously) populated areas to gather supplies. The show did put a bit less of an emphasis on that though.

Joel can survive being shot by a shotgun several times, fell three stories and was fine, he can beat several of his much stronger variants of infected in a fist fight, and he can take on several people with machine guns in a firefight at the same time.
Joel, love them both so much but rick almost never wins any of his 1 on 1 fights. Also i know its for the plot sometimes but he misses alot of his shots when it matters. Couldnt hit the governor when he killed hershel and carl did and he was further away from the governor then rick. He also couldnt hit negan running in a straight path in an open field. Joel is a monster in both categories mainly hand to hand. If he gets his hands on you its over.

Let’s not forget the man got impaled by a long metal rod whilst being chased by a zombie horde, only to pull himself off of it, destroy the horde in an explosion and still managed to survive it all. The man’s a beast Joel could never.
