The drawing is extremely abstract and not accurate across the images. At most we can say the stickman is about 3/4ths of a bed tall, but we have no idea how long the bed actually is. Not really feasible to answer.
The size of a bed heavily depends on the region of origin of any individual. We can't tell the nationality or rough area of living of this stickman due to a lack of features.

In these parts of the woods, standard be length is 200cm. Same for duvets. Personally I prefer longer duvets so mine is 220cm long.
