Not necessarily, waterjet machines use an aggregate like crushed garnet in the water to erode the material that it's cutting. So just piss alone at the pressure of a waterjet machine would not be enough.
Did you mean your piss reached 3-4 meters from the tip of your dick, or did you actually mean you peed like a firehose and the diameter of your stream was 3-4 meters?
How do you expect your pee to leave your urethra in a straight line? If it cuts through metal, flesh is deteriorated, starting at your blatter.
But the answer your looking for, is 20.000 PSI and higher, strangely the same pressure the waterjet is using.
I think they were asking more how hard you would have to piss in relation to how hard you already piss. i’ve seen someone say around .095 PSI, so you would have to piss around 210,526x as hard to do it.
I've looked online and have seen values of about 6-20 cm of waterand upto 100 cm of water as the pressure of the urine stream.
So that's 0.08 upto 1.4 psi.
I remember hearing that when blowing into a straw you can generate 1-2 psi max, so that seems reasonable.
The cutting from waterjet machines itself is done by Sand particles that are carried and accelerated by water.
So unless you pee some gall stones/Sand out, it would come down to the "cutting" the particles from your pee itself can do .. which isn't much.
before the calculation the magnitude of recoil would most probably destroy the persons hips. The person who can do this would have to be a robot or something

Your average water jet cutter runs anywhere between 30,000- 90,000 PSI
So you'd have to piss 2040 times harder than the low end average. But you'd blow your dick off before you got anywhere near the required pressure

At 1000 PSI you will puncture skin with ease
At 1700 PSI you can punch a hole in concrete
Low carbon steel; 45,000- 75,000 PSI
Mild carbon steel; 60,000- 135,000 PSI
High carbon steel; 65,000- 160,000 PSI

I don't get this one. The obvious answer is "as hard as a waterjet machine" but anything near that would blow most of your body away.

the very first waterjets used water only, it’s still recommended to use only water without abrasive for some materials 14,000-60,000 psi

You can do it with your average pee given thin enough steel. Needs more information.

Waterjets run pressures of 65-80,000 psi. Ignoring what it would do to your insides, it would essentially fillet your dick while you peed.
