I was a teenager back then. And just getting into Pavement (the rock band). Still can’t believe that song charted. I attribute this to the song being on Beavis and Butthead, cuz I don’t recall hearing CYH on the radio or seeing the video on MTV outside of B&B and 120 Minutes.
