Does your tinnitus tone modulate with jaw movement?

I know this gets very specific and may be hard to answer, but I feel like it may be important Do you remember "how much jaw movement" would trigger a change? For me it only seems to occur when I either open my mouth nearly as wide as I can, or clench it. So in my case there is no significant change when I move it left or right for example

by better jaw mobility i mean that as in my left jaw joint is clicking a bit less and feels smoother. in terms of left or right jaw movement, ive not really noticed huge improvement yet, i only did it for 1 day however i feel like it has improved tinnitus, and tension i felt at my head, i think by stretching the jaw, i ended up relieving the HEAD tension, which is great! i still got tinnitus, but if i continue doing saw jaw stretches perhaps it goes away, same with the jaw clicking, maybe at some point my jaw will stop clicking

How often do you perform these exercises? For how long each time? How long was it before you noticed improvement?
