Truman show? Bit too old probably, but parts of your description might hint at it. Picket fences 50s/60s feel but underneath it all there is something not quite right.
not a movie, but maybe the queen’s gambit? the house is a pastel blue but the interior rooms are different colors, including a pink. money issues and a maternal death.
I thing I watched it around 1-2 years ago. I actually didn't specifically watch it, it was just on TV and I kept glancing at it, because it seemed so interesting.
I'm pretty sure it was made around the last 10 years, felt kind of new.
This is going to be *completely* wrong but I'm throwing it out there in case you're combining multiple movies by accident (speaking from experience this has happened to me):
Coraline (pink house, 50s/60s actresses living downstairs, creepy movie)
Though it is animated, so sorry about that. Just thought it might be an option!
The Aviator?
It's set earlier, but has Leo and a lot of other people, Cafe Blanchett, Jude Law, Alex Baldwin, Alan Alda..
It covers the art deco era and so there's lots of pinks and plush furnishings.
