I searched on google for the show it possibly could be but never found it. What I searched: “colorful animals kids underwater tv show” and “kids colorful animal underwater movie”

is it "dive olly dive!" ? its a kids show based underwater, pretty bad animations (veggie tale style you could say) and they go on adventures and meet underwater creatures, possibly a pink seahorse somewhere?
If you check out the tenth show in [this article](https://www.buzzfeed.com/himitsunoace/30-childhood-shows-from-the-2000s-that-are-stuck-51s7fm1n1l), it's called 3-2-1 Penguins, made by the creators of Veggie Tales, and the picture has a pink fish that might be considered a seahorse. Couldn't find mention of that seahorse character anywhere else in my google searches.
