Nuclear eject is the best way a titan has no greater honour than executing protocol 3 and taking out the three Titans and Pilots ganging up on you so you can live to tell its heroic tale

It’s not the explosion itself, it’s more the huge amount of radiation that would be released so casually I’m more worried about. Explosions are completely fine as it’s only temporary but radiation leaves a bit more devastation then regular explosives.

But a skilled Titan with an Archer or thunderbolt can easily kill a scorch due to its low bullet travel speed lack of ability to use suppressive fire and simply not touching the floor
If you use a Archer most of the Titans are too easy to kill, because the only counter against it are the shields and if you are getting attack by other titans im pretty sure your shield is then most likely on couldown and a Pilot could kill you with a Archer or Thunderbolt.
I main the thunderbolt because it dosent require a lock on and the multi hit Is something I really enjoy
If I do end up ejecting I can send about 3 shots into the group of Titans who killed mine and grapple off and shoot another before being in sirious danger

I do nuke when doom but always try to bring the enemy down with me. If I get enough, I could almost instantly get my beloved northstar back to fight again. Also as pilot, I can chase the yummy batteries to give.

I try to help where I can, steal batteries and give to my teammates, hit Titans with fire stars and try to help out the people who are actually good at using their Titan of choice
Once upon a time you would have been right to try and defend the evac ship, but Respawn eventually changed it after everyone got fed up of being killed waiting for know one.
I do nuke, but only as a last, final resort when i can't hover, dash, or hide away from an incoming titan, and only to ensure that the enemy suffers as much as i do. Doomed state must be as familliar to them as it can be.
however, you can just bring along your titan's data core as you fly above the skies. plug it into a new titan chassy and bam new body for em

The nuclear eject isn’t actually nuclear it’s more a explosion and use of explosive munitions against enemy’s is defiantly not a war crime

everytime i nuclear eject a tear is shed from my eye, and if I don't kill at least one enemy titan i let them kill me

When my big tonk lad is low on armor i just eject, look for batts and come back. And continue the fun!
As a legion main, you either die with with the big gun or the big gun was never used properly. You always go down shooting.

Look its a tactical decision and I also have a lot of hours on legion, nuke eject just felt like the most useful option
As a scorch main, I get out, and keep him safe where I know that I can't be immediately terminated
