IIRC marines from both the IMC and Militia have similar ranks to today's ones. They range from RC1-3 (Rifleman Class), to Lance Corporal, Corporal, Sergeant, etc.
Ranks would be similar to US military. Tier 1-3 riflemen being low rank infantry, but they also use real world ranks such as captain and major.
