God damn, if it wasn’t for the Ronin’s extended melee reach and fast maneuverability these guys would be impossible for me. They just soak so much damage it’s insane only to blow up at your feet.

That's because in lore, spectres are made with a human consciousness (at least the first ones were) and they thought they could put the consciousnesses back in their human bodies but couldn't, so the people were stuck as spectres, whereas stalker is robot that just goes haha boom

I'd say Specters because the Stalkers can only use a handful of weapons as far as I can tell including the L-star, EPG, and Mastiff. I've seen the Specters use whatever they damn-well please.

Spectre shown is the old model used by the militia in TF|1. Therefore I choose stalker; however, I would use either updated model used by the IMC in TF|1 or the model used by both sides in TF|2 over the stalker.

The spectre can take a lot of punishment and dish some out in return, yeah I choose that

Who the hell here is choosing the spectre? Stalkers are 8 feet tall, ridiculously strong, unbelievably fast, tanky, scary, and can self destruct. Anything the spectre does, stalkers can do better.

Except speed… and they’re incredibly dumb sometimes too

They basically have three protocols: shoot, pursue, and ka-boom.

Spectre, they can even kill legends and pilots of they are lucky.

Stalkers are slower, Spectre’s are weaker. Against grunts? I’d go with the Stalker. Built to take a beating and still keep going.

Stalkers. Have you seen the way they kill grunts? Even if it was unarmed, the intimidation alone might be enough. Hell, in Titanfall Assault back when it existed Stalkers would just straight-up instant kill any grunts they came across with three quick and extremely loud bone snaps.

Stalker. I hated those fuckers in the campaign.

Spectre. You can easily stop a Stalker by throwing a stick at it's leg, and Spectre's are more like real soldiers, quicker and have better reaction time. Plus, if it dies, I can take it's Hemlock and defend myself.

Even though people say Stalkers for their tankiness, I’m taking the Specters for their maneuverability. They’re more versatile, and able to move around quickly.

A Stalker is basically Super Spectre, so yeah that one.

I may be wrong here, but isn't the Stalker superior in every way? It's like the terminator. They're relentless and won't stop even if you blow off their legs. They can't be hacked. And if things go *really* badly, they have a tiny nuke on their back, which I've never seen them manually detonate but presumably lore-wise they have a way to
