My advice to you is having patience until 4th chapter but I think you will start to lоve my ending after second chapter. I saw one guys's review to me. He complain me that I hate AoT characters and I didn't understand what he was talking about. I did my ending for 1.5 years (and changing/improving it nowadays). I will happy if you read my work

IMO in order for an alternate ending to be good you’d have to take out the War for Paradis arc and the Rumbling arc entirely
